The way you wrote this is a bit confusing. So neither of these people are your actual good friends? On one hand, you ask if it's okay to tell the targeted person. Then you said he's nasty to you. So why would you want to get involved in the first place? :?

Two wrongs do not make a right. It really depends what you would be snitching on... Doing things out of spite are never the answer, and can make you feel worse.

it is really best to just let karma do its job. If you snitch, you are now no longer better than the one that did it in the first place. Now you're both snitches lol.... Kinda stupid.

But, this was pretty vague. If you're going to "snitch", do it for the right reasons [Hint: is there ever a "right" reason to snitch? Lol]and not out of spite. That's just my two cents... Cause like I said, karma is a BITCH, and what goes around comes around!

Snitching is a bitchmade move.

Two wrongs do not make a right. You need to grow up and seek legal counsel and I suggest not getting a court appointed attorney from what I seen paying a lawyer is the difference between doing a bid or getting probation. I have been in some rough situations and well when I got caught with my pants down dead to rights I plead the 5th off of instinct.

You gotta contenplate the reality of dying in a cell or getting snuffed out. People don't play when they are desperate.

I get not wanting to do someone elses time but from what I have seen snitches get stitches or wind up in ditches.

I will tell you first hand that most cops hate snitches as any cops that are not dirty have a rather strict set of morals and dirty ones are seriously dangerous and you are disposable to them and well if you grassing up their grasser you obstructing justice and if its serious shit I would keep my a low profile and consider making some life changes.

From personal experience drug treatment goes a long way when it comes to sentencing.

Last but not least I been snitched on and the law didn't exactly come at me as hard as they could cuz it was a low down dirty snitch.

Honestly a snitch is a snitch for life and well can you really live with that. It won't end with whatever you think is your get out of jail free card.

If you got patsied that is different and not something I could pass judgment on either way but if it ain't a serious bid fuck I would still take what I consider the high road.

From what I have seen snitches get theirs and well you putting your character and life in jeopardy.

I ain't trying to sound harsh but what do you think is the right thing OP?

Alright, let me tell ya a little story. I had a couple friends, for the sake of privacy, I'll call one COOL, and call the other ASS.

COOL was selling weed, me and all my friends knew and frequently bought from him. He was doing pretty good in terms of turning a profit. Until one day, two people broke into his house, held him up at gunpoint and stole all of his money. It has now come to light that the person who did this, was our former mutual friend ASS and some other douchebag.

Even though I know who committed this crime, I still will not talk to cops about it. No good would come of it. Getting the law involved almost always makes a situation worse. I will only call the cops if absolutely necessary, luckily I've never had to call them in my life thus far. Fuck cops, and fuck ASS, who I thought was a good guy up till now.

I find solace in knowing that ASS will continue to do stupid shit his entire life, and will soon be fucked by the long dick of karma. So, moral of the story, don't fucking snitch.

qft. ASS will get his through street justice eventually. Cops always make any situation worse when it comes to drugs.

You are so right about karma when it comes to ASS. He will probably do something to someone that will not accept it and make it their mission to put this dude in his place.

You're still a snitch no matter whom you snitch on. So I guess you're just inviting someone else to snitch on you by fulfilling this premise.

The psychoactive substance scene is so FUCKED up at this point. Questions like this illustrate that perfectly.

Most definitely. I've known the dude for years so I know how stupid he is. He's been robbed at gunpoint himself, too. And he deserves it, and all that is to come.

In my opinion, the smartest move is to just cut those kind of people off completely. That's how I treated the situation with ASS; I made it clear that I wanted nothing to do with him. And I haven't seen him since. Just take these people out of your life, it's up to you.

This might be locking the barn door after the horses have left but the best thing to do is to say absolutely nothing to LEO. NOTHING. You talk to your lawyer and you do what they say. This isn't going to be a popular opinion but if that includes "snitching" well maybe that's for the best. Don't take advice from a website. Karma is horseshit.

Having your name show up in somebody else's case discovery, no matter who they are or what they have done, is bad news in my book.

I don't snitch period. OP is edited but one thing to keep in mind is the word snitch gets thrown around and isn't always used accurately (IE someone accused of snitching may or may not have actually done so.)
