Let's make this one a little more interesting, let's give the option to add in conditions..... as well as the reasons/motives behind your decision....... A few examples.....

"If one is mildly opioid tolerant, would you rather take 180mg codeine or 400mg tramadol?" (shitty drugs in this example)

"If one is opioid dependent, and has gone the past 48 hours without a a proper fix, would you rather have a short or long acting opiate, and specify why?"

I'll begin.....

If your in opioid withdrawals, would you rather take enough morphine extended release or buprenorphine?

Crashing off of speed, alcohol or gabapentin?
 
tricomb: definitely morphine, even if it gives me hyperalgesia at therapeutic doses, bupe makes me feel awful at any dose
HCM: never suffered benzo withdrawal despite 6 years on diazepam but I've had Ambien w/d which suxxored; I'd pick pentobarbital as it's the only of those I've never tried
Bigfan: LSD > meth, but I'd rather take neither in opi w/d
phatass: if my leg would heal without permanent damage, I'd take that option even though I hate oxy. I live in chronic pain & I'd trade it for a non-disabled, pain free, sober life in a heart beat!

LOGan: both those choices suck, but I don't crash from most amphetamines. I'd pick gabapentin bc alcohol dehydrates, but I'd rather take neither tbh. Benzos or nothing irl.

Let's say you have moderate to severe chronic pain that both opiates and benzos help, and you want kids. You get pregnant, and you have to stop taking the benzo of your choice OR the opiate of your choice. Assume you're trying to have a healthy child without going insane from pain. Which do you keep taking and why?
 
The child is most important. Use heat/meditation/exercise/tylenol at all costs. If I must, low doses of both.


amphetamine/piracetam/SSRI or 5-HTP/low dose benzo/caffeine/SJW the third day after 200mg MDMA.
 
ability to use any class but pay (GABAergic depressants and stimulants+various non-recreational anomalies is enough for me, thanks)

triazolam or alprazolam
