Misc Would you ever say it's ok to try heroin or crack?

I have this desire to just know what every drug feels like..

Pretty much my fear is that if I try these drugs.. that the euphoria will be so great I will just think about it all the time. I never want to be lusting over something like that. I only would want to see what it's like, and that's it.

In your experience was just trying the drug enough and you were fine afterward?

Like would you ever say sure go ahead and just try it?
 
Heroin's OK. No-one gets hooked the first time.Or even the tenth or twentieth time. And it is pretty nice. Although if it's the first time, you're gonna puke something rotten. I wouldn't bother with crack-instant sketch-out.No fun.
 
No one can tell you whats best for you...Only you know that...But in my experience...Once is never enough..but that is just how i am..only you know yourself..It seems to me that you are hellbent on trying it and are going to do what you want anyways...My only advice is if you are please have someone around that you trust and know that would be there for you if needed...As always stay safe!!

Heroin is lush but far too easy to sucome to addiction if you have a problem with an addictive nature or just want to escape from life.
The same goes for Crack, I found it easier to stay away from.. But if I have the cash then I'll definitely buy some...
They're both too nice - especially together :|

Agreed...you may like the feeling the first time(although if you're opiate naive/only need 10mg of Hydrocodone to get high, then you will prob not like heroin due it's strength, at least at first...it may even put one off the drug forever)...but you're not going to be "Addicted" with just one use...it doesn't work that way, regardless of what anyone in DARE tells you.

HOWEVER, if you have an addictive personality, have experience with stronger opiates, and so on...well you still probably will not like heroin the first time(if you're just snorting...it really will underwhelm you, as it has a stigma around it that makes one think it is the strongest/hardest drug known to man, when it really is just another opiate, one that will make you a bit more drowsy than others) but you may love the feeling, and then it's a slippery and almost inevitable slope to addiction for most of us, but not all, of course...
 
I would certainly try to provide you with as much information of the consequences using Heroin could have and if you decide to try it I would try to minimize the possible harm, but realize that you said: "I only would want to see what it's like, and that's it." Famous last words from many :(

You might end up liking it too much (like myself with Oxycodone, Midazolam, Morphine, etc. :\) and regret it later, so do what you think would be best for yourself. :)

Man, that totally depends on the person who's taking it.
It's not because you can stand doing heroin on a regular basis without getting hooked that other people will go the same way.

So, its.euphoric, I sure wouldn't advise you to try these drugs you name, I can only tell that it's up to you, not a bunch of people who don't know you and how you react to drugs ! If you think you might get hooked if you love the stuff, then, don't try it, because it's made to be loved ! What else is to be said...

drugs are around because YOU WILL LOVE THEM. You make your own dicisions.
 
quit while yer ahead, don't bother trying it because yer not missing much. it only leads to getting hooked and wasting A LOT of yer time, money, trust, etc.
 
Most people shouldn't try crack or heroin, because they will typically either love or hate the experience. If you love it too much, you might get addicted if you're not careful to limit your intake.

Heroin is "worth" trying but that's not to say there isn't a high chance of becoming dependent on it after having tried it. Crack, don't bother, it's not worth it. The high is too brief and the after-effects are too long-lasting.

This sort of thread has been done before, and isn't Other Drugs material, so I'm going to close this.
