Would oxycodone or dihydrocodeine show up positive as opiates on a urine test?

The opiate part of the panel tests for morphine to detect heroin/morphine use. Oxycodone and dihydro metabolites are similar molecules (oxymorphone and dihydromorphine) and some say this can cause a false positive?

Nowhere is this asking about cheating a drug test. Someone can be going through recovery from iv heroin use as well as pain management at non-euphoric doses and some recovery centers I know of in the UK very rightly condone that, but coming positive for heroin when you havent had it obviously would be a problem and make one look like a liar after building trust

While no one is suggesting that you are personally trying to cheat a drugs test, others may be able to use any information imparted to do so. As such we simply do not allow questions of any nature that discuss drugs tests.

The Bluelight user agreement states that, 'Specifically, you may not(,) ask for advice regarding drug tests'.

Which is why any threads of this nature are always closed regardless of the posters ultimate intent.
