Would Febreeze affect K potency?

Basically I was wondering if one were to, without thinking about it, spray febreeze in a room where there was a plate of dried K, and have that febreeze get on the K without them knowing, thus giving it a strange chemical aftertaste, would it affect the potency of the K itself? In this situation there would be people that received it becoming A) pretty angry at the chemical aftertaste until it was explained to them and B) claiming that it wasn't nearly as strong as it should be. Would they be right on the second point, that somehow the febreeze's chemicals affected the potency? I know it's a long shot, but I would want to convince myself that they were full of shit and that I wouldn't be at fault in that regard.

If you sprayed the febreeze in to the air, the spray particles would disperse so much that hardly any would actually get on the K.
Even if some did manage to settle on the K, I highly doubt it would have any effect on its potency. Perhaps an altered taste? Maybe? But not an effect on its potency.

But you'd be dosing a bit of fabreeze everytime you dose the k.

I've had fabreeze settle and ruin a bong by making it taste horrible, and I can imagine that getting any of it up your nose would be at least unpleasant.

But it shouldn't change the potency at least

Not like K doesn't already taste like mentholated-cherry medication, all you've done now is add the taste of "fresh linen" to the mix. Should be hardly noticeable and I doubt it affected the potency in any way.

Wouldn't ruin potency but it could cover it which is definitely not preferable. Just put the drying K somewhere between shelves or something, covering it from direct spray. Put it in a cabinet or something, maybe carefully in a drawer even?

You figure something out, we don't know your entire living situation.

I consider this answered. PM me if you want this reopened for a good reason.
