Heroin Would doing a shot of dope take precipitated withdrawals away?

I'm sorry if something of this sort has been said before but I am posting specifically to get some advice on my situation.

my last administration of dope was Saturday morning, it is now Sunday morning, I've taken 4mg of a sub strip and sent myself spiraling down a horror well of cold sweats and vomiting and even worse sickness than I was in before I took the strip, I was wondering if doing some dope would take this pain away? I've been told many times that doing opiates while you're on subs won't make you sick, only visa versa.

Basically I'm asking if doing more dope will take the precipitateds away, will taking more subs take them away?
