I've been using Lyrica for almost two years now, and most of that time has been spent dosing 600mg up to a gram at a time around two to five times each month. The following day there are always mild-intense bouts of kidney pains. I have narrowed them down to my kidneys since their associated regions on my back side are very tender to the touch. Hot, tight pain in the area comes in goes, and varies in severity. My urine is often cloudy and my uretha burns a little as well. Just to clarify, these symptoms are all present the following day(s) after dosing large amounts of Lyrica.

Last April my neurologist wrote a Lyrica script for 150mg BID on top of 300mg gabapentin TID for peripheral nerve pain and complex-partial seizures. A friend has been giving me their Lyrica script (100mg TID) for next to nothing consistently for 48+ months. The prescribed doses have not changed since. I have well over 50 grams in excess stockpiled up now, and don't know what to do with all of it now.

Recently my use has been ramping up due to probationary urine testing restricting my choices. 3-4 weeks ago I was doing a gram every 3-4 days. This past week or two has been pretty much daily, at amounts anywhere from 450mg-1.5g per day - with 2-3 day binges totalling ~300-500mg Vyvanse (2-3 day breaks as well). Daily kratom use four months and counting. I worry all of this use will kill my kidneys in the long run, the amphetamines only serve to exacerbate pregabalin-induced nephrotoxicity methinks. Kratom doesn't bother me too much.

For the past 7 days or so my left and right lower abdomen has been aching in some form more often than not, and it's really scaring me. Should I consult a nephrologist at once? Any other recommendations?

I smell pubmed case study!
Seriously, see a doctor and drink some cranberry juice. Either it's an unrelated kidney problem or you've found a new side effect.
