With what drug? I've done the same with ket a few times and had lumps stay there for months eventually they go

As long as there's no sign of infection ie redness/pain/heat I think you'll be fine

I have 3 or 4 pockets of meth still under my skin from years ago. They get a little smaller every year, except for my right hand, which is extremely squishy and has a lot of a 50 unit shot still in it.
