I have been taking 2400 mg of neurontin for 4 years. I want to get off of it and stopped taking it.
Any suggestions of what can help with the withdrawals?

i suggest switching to the lowest possible dose of pregabalin and tapering with that.
if that's not possible, and slowly tapering off from gabapentin isn't either, i'd suggest first evaluating how severe the withdrawal symptoms are gonna be (in my experience they're gonna climax around day 3-4) and then evaluating the next course of action. benzodiazepines are gonna be very helpful, if you can get any. GABAb agonists like baclofen, phenibut and even though i hate to say it GBL/GHB too. just bear in mind that all of these drugs will cause worse physical dependence than gabapentin/pregabalin in my experience.

In my experience, a combination of benzos and opiates, or even just opiates, takes away Gabapentin withdrawal. Though I don't know if it would allow you to come off it or just sustain the addiction.

For the actual withdrawal, acombination of Magnesium, Hops, and L-theanine helped me greatly. Not quite sure what it was, if it was one of them or the combination, but it about halved my symptomps. Butmost effective are opiates probably yea.

^^i think neurontin has its benefits as ive experienced them but it does seem to really fog your mind up if you use it in high doses or daily..it also seems to just ruin my sex drive as well..

why not just taper off of it?i wouldnt use opiates to withdraw from neurontin..
