i have got myself into trouble in the benzo department I am prescribed 1mg clonazepam per night this sopped working for sleep months ago I have been on them for a year. I decided to supplement these with RC benzos flubromazepam and at first great I would sleep all night no problems. now I wake up multiple times during the night and have to re dose with about 24mg before going back to sleep. its costing me a fortune and I think its time to fuck the flubro off and just take what is prescribed

Should I just stop the flubro or wean off get some 8 mg and 4 mg pellets and gradually taper off what I was thinking is the clonazepam going to stop any seizures I might have. I am taking huge doses of lubro sometimes 7 to 9 pellets over the course of the night just to get a healthy nights sleep. I take my usual dose of k-pins and 24 mg of flubro and 2 hours later I am awake I am spending huge amounts of money just to get what used to come naturally any benzo quitters out there that could give me some advice please. I still need the clonazepam as I have a brain injury and have crippling RSL and 1mg per night still works

Also sleep is important to me and have some remedy other than those nice at first benzos as now they are just nightmare. I guess I will have to find out the hard way. Many thanks

You need to taper. Benzo withdrawal can be very dangerous and sometimes lethal due to the seizure risk. Also, you're likely going to have rebound anxiety and even more trouble sleeping but it won't be as bad if you taper.

In my experience, benzos are shit for sleep once you get any kind of tolerance and I find it questionable when a doctor prescribes them for that reason due to the high risk of dependency. Have you tried any other medication for sleep? If so, which ones? Please include OTC sleep aides and herbal remedies on top of prescription meds.

I think the anxiety can be so harsh that one may start having panic attacks.

I think the anxiety can be so harsh that one may start having grand mal seizures.

I was having chronic, extreme panic attacks, and had been through years of excruciating chronic pain in my spine before I knew what a bento was. I was ready to die, and my life was going nowhere.

Dear Lord, I never, ever, ever want to find out what the withdrawal is like. It seems absolutely brutal for people who had no pre-existing complications. For myself, I would not be able to live through it. I would most likely, within a day, go back to drinking 100 to 150 beers a week (and I haven't had a single drink since I started on them last year).

So I make damn sure to never run out, and take the bare minimum to avoid tolerance as best I can. If it catches up to me and stops working, then at least there has been a time of my life when I haven't been suffering very much.

I haven't used any OTC remedy s what is out there nytol never worked for me. what other sleep aids are out there. I have tried Phenibut but thats like out of the frying pan and into the fire. I think I amgoing to buy 50 8 mg flubromazapam and have half a tablet if I feel uncomfortable plus take my k=pin script as usual. once I am used to taking 4 mg I jump down to 2 mg after a couple of months and just keep going on that regime until I can completely jump off. What do you think will this work
