I will likely be experiencing mild withdrawal symptoms during a vacation I have planned next week. I'll be traveling to a higher elevation (5,500ft) and hopefully skiing/snowboarding at the local ski hill (up to 10,000ft). I live at sea level but visit the mountains regularly each year.
It's my understanding that your Blood Pressure can rise during withdrawals. I would love to go snowboarding to get some exercise and hopefully minimize symptoms. I'm worried that exercising at high altitude during withdrawal could potentially be dangerous due to blood pressure considerations.
I'm probably being paranoid here but would love to hear peoples thoughts.
