Salutations,

This autofems picture dates back to September 21, 2011...

It's been just too long to remember the details but i think at least one of those was started after the summer solstice, on July 1st. The rest perhaps a month before i guess. Anyway the purpose of this test was to find out how severe their handicap would be for growing behind a window with no help from an artificial lamp in Shawinigan/Qc (Canada).

Those tiny buckets were featured with a water tank combined to an auto-watering system while i put coloured aquarium pebbles on top of the soil to keep it moist, reflect a bit more light and hopefully avoid colonization by parasites. As anyone can imagine my harvest went quite humble, but the aroma intensity felt just ideal and it was a great pleasure to observe under the microscope, although i had some cheap chinese clone... Being located far above the streetwalk their dwarf height seemed most convenient and suitable as there were no invading neighbours to worry about who could have sneaked on me.

The rear panel made of a construction reflective bubble mylar sheet improved my use of the little sunlight available in the afternoon. If it had been started a couple months earlier the smell could have become too strong and the heat quite unmanageable!

🥵

Thats a nice art project, and consumeable after. Circulair,
If the air is clean you could even use rainwater, it aint here.

That Mylar sheet seem s useful for the reflective action.
But as my garden is street level plain site, back the only option.

Eyes could be luring left right neighbours. 😟 guerilla planting using
'Frissian Duck' the ones with the mutated leafs, Autoflowers.
Compensating there is only ☀️for a short while.

If ? probably safest, and don t forget.
Landlord appears once in a while for repair s, bad build house.
And rent contract says; ⛔, eviction by the Mayor and a Police record.
Weed my first offense wow and homeless not risking it, legalisation come ...

The one major concern for me emerged when a smart meter was finally installed, after i had some brief opportunities to evaluate working with CFLs:

It seemed necessary to avoid hurting the plant early, especially dealing with autofems that won't recover, with accumulated deficits reflected in tall cotyledons and thin stalks... So i thought i was prepared to provide them the necessities this time:

This prototyping platform allowed adjustable/amovible resources to grow before i sent older plants to my window sill, once into flowering, in order to manage with artificial light & space more efficiently:

The red bulbs were 2700 °K/2600 lumens @ 40 Watts, the blue ones 4100 °K/3000 lumens @ 45 Watts (later upgraded to 65 Watts)... Then spidermites kicked in so it raised the bar too high to continue.

Actually that's how i thought of putting « Vaporist of Borg » under my alias... Ah the memories, at least i never had to regret such additional effort of capturing these precious moments visually: doing so doubled the fun - not to mention « legaleezation » eventually killed my hopes of revenge forever!

By the way, this is a habit quite worth getting microscope « trich porn » too!! Here's how "street dope" looked like BEFORE the legacy of Justin Trudeau:

Let just say my "dealer" didn't fear such examination.

And this was a snapshot of my own in 2011:

Colour aberration was so severe i had to convert it to a monochrome version...
