Why is PCP so rare in canadia?

ive done pcp 3 or 4 times in the past but i have never met a consistent PCP dealer the Every singe time i purchased it it was from one of my friends or one of my normal dealers who just bought it once because we asked for it and now they cant fucking find it again Not wet or dust i really loved pcp im sad to see it become so taboo it really is a beautiful drug if used properly at a safe dose

Anyways why is it so rare now?
