Ok so basically my problem is this; Any time i take anything orally it doesn't seem to have much effect on me. I took 110 mg's of methadone about an hour and a half ago and I'm hardly feeling anything. I do have somewhat of a tolerance to opiates due to snorting heroin for the past 3 or 4 months, but i don't think my tolerance could possibly be high enough not to feel 11 methadone pills. This isn't the only experience I am basing this question from either. About a week ago I popped a couple adderalls in an effort to stay up and finish some work that needed to be done. Usually adderall will have me WIRED for about 4 hours, however, they didn't seem to be having much of an effect on me... so I insufflated 2 more of them and still wasn't feeling much. This has happened with a number of other things too, so my question is basically this: Why isn't anything I'm taking effecting me as it should be? How could i have suddenly developed a tolerance to EVERYTHING out there? Could it be a problem with my digestive system? liver? kidneys? Am I low on dopamine or something?
Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks.
