Bupe Why does Temgesic + Vicodin work?

When I take Temgesic + Vicodin, the two very much seem to potentiate each other (if i take half temgesic with a whole vicodin, i feel like i did when i was still smoking heroin)

Isnt this not supposed to work? In fact, when i took suboxone + Vicodin, nothing would happen.

The only thing possible is the Naloxone in the Suboxone, however, isnt that only supposed to inhibit it so snorting and smoking suboxone wont work?

i was always led to believe that mixing bupe and vicodin is a waste of time, but it definetly works with temgesic, does that mean there is something extra in temgesic or what?

no it works with temgesic because of the low dosage of it .2mg
suboxone and subutex are 8mg(40x stronger).. the less bupe you have, the less receptors are covered leaving some open for (in this case) hydrocodone (with the .2mg temgesic).
If you use higher than .5mg it will start to take over the hydrocodone as the dose rises, until it completely blocks it.
