Technical Problem Why can't I search or access anything

Hello. I'm new to the forum but have tried to join in the past with no success. Was finally able to join but I can't search or post? Is it cause I'm new? Just trying to find out a little info in the city I'm from. Really worried about my friend and having been an addict my whole life am pretty knowledgeable. Trying to find out about a particular stamp and if anyone else has had issues with jt. Don't wanna find my friend dead

how are you trying to post - starting a new thread or replying to an existing thread? what are you doing? what happens when you try?

We don't really do Stamp Discussion here anymore. We do however have a thread in North and South American Drug Discussion where dangerous stamps are posted.
