Technical Problem Why can't I post in the lounge?

^ Care to clarify? If you're talking about not being able to post in the lounge that might be because you had just hit 50 posts. The change from green to blue lighter usually takes around 24 hours.

However I see your account has now been automatically upgraded to the proper permission level, so give it another go, then let us know if the issue persists.

I would suggest that you read through the 'Support FAQ' that is located in the box on top of this forum, as well as all other forums during the duration of your 'Greenlighter status.'

Within the FAQ is a list of differences between Greenlighter and Bluelighter status' including a bullet-point which states that Greenlighters do not have the privilege to post in 'The Lounge' among other things.

So please read through the FAQ as it was given that title for a reason, and it can save you a lot of time in the future. You should also take the time to read the other threads and rules within the box atop this forum as that too will help you out a lot in the long-run.
