Nicotine addiction is serious, and while being addicted you begin to start having this happen it's not a good sign (it's possible it's just for a short period of time right now, but still not pleasant for you). Nicotine addiction is on a level with benzos, opiates, cocaine, barbituates, and far worse in long term damage to your body.
Please, for your own safety and your own good (especially if it makes you feel this way), I recommend seeing a doctor and doing your best and working with him/her to work through your addiction. Most of us didn't understand that you were addicted because people with a tolerance/addicts tend not to have this type of reaction. There are far better drugs out there, and if you like the nicotine feel there are also better methods of getting nicotine. There's a reason cigarette smoke smells badly, and that's because the brain actually recognizes it as a danger.
Barring that, smoke more slowly, smoke before meals, maybe put more time between the time you smoke each cigarette, and see a doctor depending on how long you've been addicted about the possibility of lung cancer. Good luck, and remember we're here to help :D
