Just curious. Lately Ive been getting back into defense and am thinking about getting back into it as a civilian instructor but not sure if an expunged felony would interfere with a government contract if it’s been sealed. Fairly certain they can still see it for specific clearances

The NCIC doesn't get expunged, I bet. So, you are no longer a prohibited possessor?

I worked in Afghanistan as a contractor in the glory days, 2004-6, the money was sick it was so much! I have sold everything from pot to guns, and this paid so, so much better. AND was legal! But that market has pretty much dried up, and you can't have any felonies, I know they still see em, cause my buddy had his shit expunged a couple decades ago, and they still found it.
