White Spots on Suboxone Pills

Do the white spots on suboxone pills indicate that they have more buphrenorphine in them or possibly the nalaxone? Just curious if anyone may know the answer to this; because in my script most of the pills just look normal, but a few of them always have small white spots ( sometimes just one and other times multiple ones) in various areas.

Sorry if this has been covered in the "suboxone megathread" but its to hard to read every single post in those things.

I've just always been curious if those spots possible mean anything like they are stronger perhaps... or if it's just the binders collecting in clumps. IDK

Thanks for any responses.

Anybody have any clue if these spots indicate having more bupe in the sub. tablet, nalaxone (which would suck), or if their just binders or fillers that are collecting in clumps. I'm just curious; does anybody else wonder this too?

Please let me kno your opinion if you come across this.

Thanks!

No, you have the same amount of buprenorphine/Naloxone as should be in the pills. If the

amounts where found incorrect for those pills the entire LOT # of that batch would have been

recalled from the pharmacy.

But My prescription of Suboxone sometimes has these tiny white spots on them which I think

directly correlates to the level of moisture in the air. The less humidity I notice my Subs are

light orange with many white speckles. The higher humidity the more darker they are and no

white speckles. Hope that helps!

Thanks, yea that makes sense that they would be recalled if they had more bupe in them. Also the humidity part makes sense too.

Thanks for the response

i think it has to do with the pills getting knocked around inside the bottle. At the end of the month I end up with a powder coated bottle.

Thanks for the insite, but nah its right when i pick it up from the pharmacy. I'll look at all the pills to count them and certain ones have varying sizes of white specles on them. IDK what they are, due to one of the above responces saying it couldn't be more bupe, makes me think that it must just be fillers/ binders collecting weirdly. Anyways thanks for them answers peeps.

I think this can be closed, but feel free to add something if you want.
