White Phones with blue specs?

These are all over the south. We got a batch of skittles from Baton Rouge Louisiana. They had blue specs with the telephone print. Damn good rolls but they felt adulterated.. Anyone tried these? We also had some where the print had been rubbed so I couldn't tell what it was... I've never seen anything like that.

I suggest getting a testing kit...skittle packs are never reliable IMO, especially down here in the dirty dirty.
