Misc White Lightning?

im from louisville, ky and recently a new designer(legal) drug called White Lightning. Its sold in 1g bags for -- for 2g's and its a white powder kind of waxy and mushy and its sold as insect repellent. People say its supposed to be legal coke but it feels to me more like some addy, meth, or rollin. i was just wondering if anybody has an idea what this stuff is and could spare some know??

What do you mean its sold as a insect repellent? You can buy it at the store? The only thing that comes to mind when i see this is an RC. There was something called sunshine being in oregon which could also be am RC
