Misc Which stimulants affect the heart the most (blood pressure & pulse) ?

So, hey.

What I wanna know for some research is which of these stimulants affect the heart the most with blood pressure and pulse,
which puts the most strain on the heart to put it easy.

● Amphetamine (Not Meth/Adderall but Euro Speed)
● Cocaine
● MDMA (MDMA crystals not tablets)

I am no expert but from what I've read, cocaine is the most dangerous stimulant in terms of cardiovascular affects.
 
There's a lot of drugs that will do weird shit to your heart....All science aside, cocaine scares me the most...
 
In general I'd say cocaine. As both a stimulant and a sodium channel blocker, it can be quite cardiotoxic.
 
I know MDMA is a direct 5HT2B agaonist and while not so much causing dangerous damage at the time, it does lead to cardiac fibrosis as the old weight loss drug fenfluramine did. Maybe that in combination with dancing which you could look at really as cardio exercise causes increased growth?

In terms of amphetamine, the d-isomers generally don't put as much stress on the heart as what the l-isomers do, think Adderal to Dexedrine.

Cocaine is probably the worst out of the ones you mentioned, especially when combined with alcohol.
 
I'm honestly not too sure about this, but one of the last posters on the thread you made on opiophile actually seemed pretty educated on the topic or at least gave one of the better answers I've seen so far. Just letting you know to check it out if you hadn't seen it already.

Which amphetamines contain the d-isomer versus which don ? (What about Meth or adderall vs european amphetamine)

Dexedrine is d-amp only. Adderall is 75% d-amp and 25% l-amp. That is why Dex and Adderal feel different, Dex being typically "smoother" with Adderal being like an adrenaline kick ontop of it.

Streeth meth will be the d-isomer if it was produced from the typical pseduoephedrine route but can be racemic (50% d-isomer and 50% l-isomer) if produced from the P2P route I believe.

European speed is, majority of the time, racemic amphetamine sulphate so a 50:50 mix of the d and l isomers.

I'm not to sure if I am actually allowed to post that as I think it may be getting into synthesis, mods - apologies if it is violating any rules!

Out of these, id say coke. its is terrible for your cardiovascular system.
