RCs Which RC's emulated opiates the best?

Which RCs on the market emulate opiates the best? I remember reading about one, but also remember reading that it had detrimental side effects...
 
This question is not appropriate for Other Drugs and really doesn't make sense as many RC's have action at the opioid receptors. Please review the OD Guidelines as listed in my signature if you have any questions feel free to PM me.
