My sources are now officially dry when it comes to ephedrine, its just pure shit in circulation right now and i am very stim-sensitive. Ive been using beta 2 agonists lately but i need CNS stimulation now.

I am looking for a non-euphoric RC stimulant.

DMAA is pure shit no matter what you guys say.

^ya pre-workouts are pretty pointless, i like the stimulation and enjoy them but in the end all you have to do is do the damn reps. i've gone in off 4 hours sleep no PWO and put my reps in.
 
Screw you guys, i get up at 6 am to work out and maybe take a swim before class at 9:30

Your posts are starting to bore me voxide, pretty much every post is negative feedback these days. A better answer would have been “I myself don't benefit from pwo supplements but I've heard good things about x and y” or “all the supps these days are shit, don't bother with any of them”. Stop being a dick and give some advice

And I don't use pre workout myself but ephedrine can be found online I hear. Op is right in saying dmaa is shit, jack3d does nothing but make me jittery. I like a coffee or red bull before a workout, although its slightly catabolic in higher doses, I think less than 150mg helps wake me up after long work shifts and motivate me a bit

I'm Sorry nolys but I'm gonna agree with Voxide on this one...... If you need a stimulus to get you into the gym then don't bother.... Leave more space in the gym for people that actually want to be there... I'm in the UK at the moment and all I hear is Steroid this Stimulant that... What the fuck is wrong with eating and training properly nowadays.. When I was a lad, there were no Steroids we knew about, no one asking whether GHB or Methamphetamine might be best to train on.... We had a strong fucking will to be there and train fucking hard..... Young lads today are fucking soft twats, always looking for an easy way to get WHAT WE GOT WITH HARD FUCKING WORK AND YEARS OF DISCIPLINE... We knew how to train correctly and most of all we knew how to eat.....

There is no advice to give to a degenerate who isn't motivated from the first place. Every post is negative feedback because other than 3 people, nobody in this forum actually lifts. Spoonfeeding accomplishes nothing. Drug addicts accomplish nothing.

Pre-workouts are nothing but a placebo along with a bunch of toxic stimulants. This is not an opinion. This is an objective, irrefutable fact. I wouldn't be surprised if the IFBB professionals that are sponsored by those leeching supplement companies don't even use a pre-workout themselves. If you're mad that you're not energized properly for your training, then the problem is your diet or sleeping patterns. If you don't care enough to work on either of those, then stop wasting space in the gym. I'm sure the soccer field will be a great place to meet equally weak and pathetic individuals.

I'm a prick until I see someone actually wants to put some effort into what they want to do. You've been here more than long enough to know this already.

To be honest lads, after seeing your perspective on the matter I have to agree with you both. I never seen this as him saying “I need something to motivate me and MAKE me work out”. I seen him as saying “how could I better improve my workout”.
The reason for this being that when I myself tried pre workout stims (jack 3d on 2 occasions and some nitric oxide + ? Bullshit) I didn't use them to motivate me into hitting the gym, I used them to see if they could improve my lifts a bit, maybe help me go that bit further, force them extra reps out, though I got nothing out of them.
After review of the OP and your 2 posts, I have to say that I agree. You should WANT to lift, you should use your diet and desire to be the best to get you where you want to be, not rely on crutches to get you through the session.
Voxide, I apologize for my post after giving it some thought. People should only get advice if they deserve it.
 
I've always liked taking caffeine before workouts. For me, a strong cup of black coffee does the job. I'm able to focus in on my lifts better and I feel it gives me a little boost. I also like the energy shots such as the 5 hour energy and the like, but they're just not cost effective. Rather spend my money on something else. Should it be motivation to goto the gym? No. Does it have a positive benefit for some people? For me, I say yes.

For me personally i enjoy lifting. I look forward to looking in the mirror after exhausting myself to the point of barely being able to stand sometimes, watching progress being made week after week (only started about 3 months ago so the progress is fast, all natural plus whey and casein protein and proper dieting). So knowing what im doing makes me FEEL good and LOOK good is all the motivation i need. As a recovering junkie its like that feeling of going to cop dope, i dont always enjoy doing what i got to do, but damn do i love the end result.

They spend their money on more worthwhile things like TNE or eggwhites.
 
DMAA is not shit. Try buying PURE DMAA and take 25-50mg. With no stimulant tolerance you will feel like a God in the gym. Other pre work outs are mixed with caffeine and other stimulants that make you jittery/anxious. DMAA never did that with me.

If you want to dabble in amphetamines, you will burn out the receptors in your brain and it will end with you not wanting to go to the gym and possibly ruining/ending your life.

It's true. You really don't need PWO. I don't use it anymore to lift.
 
^ya i really like DMAA, i use it for general alertness more than as a pre-workout though. i never buy jack3d or any of that because the price is jack3d up insanely high for what's in it. i don't get enough sleep a lot of nights, usually run on 5-6 hours. but i'm in the gym regardless of how i'm feeling, if i'm scheduled to lift i'll go even if i was at a friends house and got completely blunted and am fucking exhausted. having a workout buddy has helped me hugely in this regard as we hold each other accountable, like i wouldn't wanna flake on him and vice versa (he flakes here and there, couple times a month about, but i never do.)
 
You guys are probably gonna rip me a new one but i love NOXplode by BSN. It gives me crazy energy and pumps. Yep I said it, I use a BSN product.

I would have to agree with this. Clenbuterol is great for providing energy and also doubles as a fat burner. I prefer my Clenbuterol in the form of Helios; It's injectable Clenbuterol mixed with Yohimbe and the two work together to provide targeted fat loss in the areas they are injected and give you some serious energy.

I don't use them for energy, just for the fat loss but the energy is a plus.

As I said earlier, you shouldn't depend on stimulants to get out of bed and provide motivation to workout. They should be used as tools to enhance your workout and provide increased fat loss.
