Where's Shambles?

It crosses my mind at least once a week where he has got to. Has anyone had any contact with him over the last month or two? It's not like him to disappear for ages without notice or explanation.
 
I miss having him around too.

Didn't know him that well, but followed his posts religiously; always informative and often hilarious. I also felt like he 'got' where I was coming from and when I was taking the piss, which made me feel closer than we really were. Always friendly to members old and new, and generally a lovely guy from what little I knew of him.

I suppose people have been in touch though, and if he hasn't answered then it's worrying. Who knows? He might just be sick to death of BL. He did spend a lot of time here after all, and contributed massively.

If you're reading this, Shammy, let's have another Tunes Thread showdown. I enjoyed those particularly.

Other than that, just hope you're okay. :)
 
Yes Shambles, we miss you... It is hard being the only Pete Doherty apologist in EADD. Plus I never did guess which town in 'Albion' you were born in.

Anyway, I hope you are using all those words you must be saving up not posting here by writing the book your talent deserves...

It seems pete has quite a following, I prefer libertines to babyshambles though, but on topic yeah where the fuck has shambles gone
 
I feel genuinely sorry for people who think Pete Doherty has an ounce of talent, charisma or intelligence.

An ersatz Johnny Thunders with ridiculous pretensions, nothing more.

Oh, almost forgot... back on topic - Shambles. Unless that authoritarian behaviour offends anyone of course...

I do hope it is down to technology failing on his part or lack of cash and nothing serious. Those with his number should definitely try calling again.

Shammy is missing, since May I believe since his last post. A fellow good eadder asked me for his contact details a few weeks past and I'm ashamed to say I left it to her to do that. Been concerned but hoped he'd taken to responding to her. Not sure what to do next as have been here with our beloved Sham several times before.

However, there's more to life than BL n' hopefuy Sham has arrived at that conclusion now. Hoping anyhoo...
 
Aye perhaps he's on a mission full of goodness.
Feel like his strangely younger father saying "You should let us know you're safe, be home by 10pm, don't do anything I wouldn't do!" =D
