Benzos When to use safely after a taper

After a taper of klonopin when is it safe again to use without risking dependence?

I took 2 weeks of 0.50mg then 0.25 mg then took 14 days off

Then I took 7mg split in one week then took 5 days off and then took 7 mg more another week.

Now I am tapering 0.50 one week and 0.25 the next week. After the taper when can I use again???

The Doctor is telling me to never touch benzo again or wait 6 months.

I got the pills from a source online. I just want to know when can I use them again. I’m doing what my Doctor is telling me, but I feel taking 6 months break is unnecessary. At the same time I don’t want to risk a deep dependence to a benzo
