Med's and supplements I'm taking :-
Med's -
Hydrocortisone - 15mg daily, 10mg on waking, 5mg around 4pm.*
Iron tabs - 65mg of Ferrous Sulphate 3x daily for anemia
Lansoprazole - 1 a day, it's a proton pump inhibitor, it lowers stomach acid amount. I don't use this everyday, even though I'm meant to!*
Methadone - 18mg daily, though I often go 2-3days without taking it.*
Ranitidine - 2 tabs before bed, this is an antacid type drug.I don't use this everyday, even though I'm meant to!*
Zopiclone - 2tabs/15mg nightly
Supplements -
A-Z Vitamin & Mineral - 1-2x daily
Vitamin B Complex High Dose - 1 or half a tablet daily
Vitamin C 100mg & Zinc RDA - 1-2x, sometimes daily, sometimes I skip'em because the Vitamin C helps to clear Methadone out of your system!*
Cod Liver/Fish Oil - Normally take 1000mg Cod Liver Oil tabs, but at the mo' I've ran out.

Right I'm prescribed hydrocortisone, 10mg when I get up (I normally get up at 2pm) and another 5mg at 4pm (Which is normally about 10pm as my body clock is fucked)
I'm also prescribed 18mg of methadone, but normally take this every other day and zopliclone, 15mg nightly, but don't always use it.
I was wondering as hydrocortisone is catabolic (Breaks Muscle Down) when would be the best time to take it, as soon as I get up then wait so many hours then train and take my 5mg dose 4-5 hours after training?
What about the methadone? I imagine taking it a few hours before may help me do better when it comes to lifting, but also it'd probably lower my test's.
*I often skip doses of these meds.Would skipping doses of these drugs, I can handle the meth' for 2-3days, the hydrocortisone I can skip for a day (Never tried it longer then that), be better for gaining or would it upset my body's own balance too much and make things worse?
The iron I know will help and I'll try not to skip this.
Would skipping the zopiclone be better for my gains or not?
