I just got a few xanax and have has SOME experience with Klonopin(clonazepam) Valium(diazepam) and Ativan(lorazepam) and I have found that the most potent benzo that is common is Xanax, It hits quick and a good 1mg seems to feel like 20mg of valium myself.
It kicks in real quick and reallys sedates/relaxes me.
They say 1mg Xanax=10mg valium, I think it's more like 1mg =15mg of valium for me.

and this is excluding rare benzo's like flunitrazepam and triazolam.

I'd probably have to agree wth you about Xanax. I don't have much of a tolerance to benzos, but am perscribed 1mg of ativan daily. It doesn't do too much to me, just chills me out little bit.......but if I take even .5mg of Xanax I am ready to fall asleep.

I would agree that Xanax is the strongest common benzo. Clonazepam is good for real anxiety (or taper induced rebound anxiety). In some countries, nimetazepam is very common, and it's very strong and euphoric, much like flunitrazepam. It's fast acting like Xanax too.

does xanax give you headaches, because I took 2mg last night with like 3 beers and I had the worse headache of my life.

by the books im pretty sure klonopins are the strongest besides rohypnol. i think xanax is personally.

I would say Xanax hits quick and hard and in that it creates the strongest buzz. However, Valium is my favorite, and Klonopin would be my second favorite. I actually really like Tranxene as well. This drug isn't talked about much. I have to take 2mg of Xanax to feel nice, and 4mg to feel really nice.

1) alprazolam (Xanax)
2) clonazepam (Klonopin)
3) diazepam (Valium)
4) lorazepam (Ativan)

Xanax is quickly absorbed and has a short half-life. It has strong anxiolytic proreties. Makes me fall asleep. Valium is my favourite. Rapidly absorbed and has a long half-life (one of the longest). Crosses the BBB quickly and produces a nice relaxed euphoria in my. Clonazepam is more slowly absorbed and has a moderate half-life. Good for trating chronic anxiety and is used as an antiseizure drug. I find Ativan shit. You have to take about 6-8 mg before I fell anything from it. I also find Serax to be useless basically.

whats the stronger more "legendary" of the benzo's? Xanax(alprazolam) or rofonial(Flunitrazepam)?

For some reason xanax doesn't do much for me. The most recreational is mexazolam, the best for mixing with cannabis is diazepam. Both are long-lasting benzos

the strongest "by name" would be flunitrazepam or rohypnol. i have seen someone on it and it seemed like an almost black out. with episodes of sleep like behaviour and strange behaviour. that person mentioned he had no recollection of what was said or happened. but this can be achieved by taking enough of any other benzo. seemes quite fucked up.

but when thinking about this erowid report about an seemingly pleasant set of flunitrazepam experiences then it seems as an special benzo.

whenever i have the opportunity to try i will report back in a trip report. expect one before the end of an year.

till now i have tried diazepam, oxazepam, temazepam an alprazolam.

alprazolam or xanax is not longer lasting then diazepam. it does kick in much quicker. and has somewhat more of an dopamin releasing effect then other benzos according to (link should be some where on http://www.biopsychiatry.com/ . lorazepam 2.5 mg is imo slighly less potent then 0.25 alprazolam. and 20 mg oxazepam even less powerfull but in the same league. in duration and effect.

diazepam or valium has a slow come up and effects last 1.5 days. according to the stories it would be in the same benzo catagorie as clonazepam an flunitrazepam onset and duration.

temazepam is strange. superfast working and got me nauseaus like to much g or alcohol can do.
no fun.

Rophynol is by far the strongest benzo. Infact, thats the reason you can't find it in the U.S. anymore--you have to go to mexico (hence, "Mexican Valium").

The most "legendary" and popular of the benzo's has to be diazepam though. It was usually the only active ingedient in most bootleg quaalude's after its placement into schedule I from schedule II in 1980. Since then, its popularity has snowballed, second only to xanax in recent years.

I personally enjoy diazepam more. Xanax makes me entirely too forgetful and has the tendency to make me pass out a lot more frequently, compared to the latter drug. Valium seems to be a bit more euphoric as well. Although that's probably a more subjective issue.

yeah,
The only benzo that gives me a "feel good" feeling is valium. Xanax just kills my worries and sedates me (2-3)mg
