Whats the easisest way to get a vein when you have low blood pressure?

I cant see any of my veins in my arms exact in my hands...

Heat, warm water/etc will help your veins rise to the surface.

A tourniquet is another popular option.

Try raising your blood pressure through jumping jacks, pump your fist a little.

There are obviously drugs that you can use to raise your blood pressure but unless you have serious hypotension, I am sure the first few tips I listed will work fine.

I can't really say what works best because I have high blood pressure (hypertension) but all in all, something here should work for you.
