Stimulants What's the best thing to eat that is easy to stomach after a dance with mrs.crystal?

So, the only thing I had to eat yesterday was a hot pocket.
I realize that if I am going to use again today, I must eat something.
My stomach is very weak, i'm really sensitive to food the day after it's quite normal for me.

I normally just eat toast, but since I haven't eaten really in the past 24 hours I'd imagine it should be something that will be good for my body.

Does anyone have any foods they normally eat the day after a speen run?
 
Perhaps add some peanut butter to your toast, makes it a lot more filling and long lasting, plus it will get you some protein.
 
Fuck peanut butter. That's hard as shit to eat on amps. I find some of the easiest food to eat/drink is a smoothie, apple sauce, eggs, protein shake, peaches (canned or fresh), some types of ceral that aren't too crunchy. Hard, chewy, etc food sucks while on amps. I had my parents make me a steak while I was amped out and that shit was hard as hell to eat. I spent over 45 mins trying to chew it down

Remember that unless you have given your body a break (eg. A decent night/day's sleep and a decent meal) redosing the day after isn't going to feel as good as it did the first time.
Even with sleep and eating it isn't going to be as strong the day after.
All I am trying to say is don't expect to much from the drug when taking it in consecutive days, you did take quite a large oral dose and until that as run its course it might be wiser to wait a bit longer before redosing.
Obviously if there is an event that you are going to go to then go for it (not sure when the "Fair" was/is), but if there is an event taking place in a day or two's time it would be much better to chill out now and not have any more until then.
This is just from what I have experienced and I'm just trying to avoid you feeling disappointed by its potency.
 
Eat a brat diet; bananna rice apple sauce toast. Drink plenty of fluids and if you do take a vitamin eat something first. They bother me personally.

Sorry if my suggestion of peanut butter was poor, I just know from friends that have used amphs that getting some protein in somehow is very important. I don't have personal experience with it though, so it makes it tough to know what would go down okay.

qft. This for sure, anything beats not eating at all.
 
I don't know about you guys, but hearing all these suggestions of carbs makes my stomach turn.

My go-to first food is a protein shake if available and a piece of meat and some fruit.

Multivitamins etc.

This, of course, when you,re already down.

Yogurt is my choice. I find the sweet sugary aspect plesant, it goes down easy w/ no chewing, plus you get some protein and fat in there
 
This is basically my daily diet, (i take amps everyday); Gatorade, water, hummus, chips, fruit smoothies, blueberries, cheese, orange juice (end of day), strawberries (end of day), and raspberries. IME these have been and are the easiest foods to eat, and replenish some of what you need, but up to you.

Actually, i'm drinking a gatorade right now. I've had a bannana and some bread. I think i'm going to see what else I happen to find in the fruit bowl.

Everyone is really helping me alot though. These are all good ideas that i'll keep in mind!
 
Milk, your favorite fruits, avocados, vitamins, save the sweets for after.
 
Not to a large extent, your stomach is super acidic (pH = 2) so milk will only have limited effects upon that. It is jam packed with protein, fat, carbs and easy to get in your stomach compared to other similarly nutritious foods
 
I also like milk very much the next day after sims or eve on comedown, since you consume it the same way as liquids (you didn't know that did you) but nutrition wise it's like proper food. Chewing anything can be too unpleasant sometimes..
 
Milk is a good call. Always drink lots after a 'phet run and feel better almost immediately for it. Not just for the nutrients and vits in it but for rehydration purposes also. Even better is Dunn's River Nurishment or Nestle Nutriment milk shakes. Best stim-crash cure there is IME with a creamy hint of vanilla, all served up in a handy sized can. ;)
