Whats in trips?

Hey, What are the ingredients in "trips" in Australia?
I have heard it is acid, but I have been researching acid a bit through erowid and sites that are similar and it seems likely that trips would have something else in them.
 
I am unsure how much you know so will clear a few things up for you. 'Acid' is the common street name for the chemical LSD, Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. It is the most powerful psychedelic per mg known to man, and is active at the microgram (µg) level. LSD is put into a solution and then is absorbed into blotter paper known as trips/tabs/blotters.

A blotter is quite small and for it to contain any active drug it needs to be able to absorbed into a blotter, but because most other drugs are only active at much higher doses, you are more likely to get a tab that is completely bunk rather than being adulterated. There have been cases where 5-MeO-AMT has been found as an adulterant, however this is quite rare. Typically a tab will contain some amount of LSD, however this can vary greatly.
 
Oh ok, thanks.. what about "trips" in the form of a pill? what do they have in them, if LSD is found on blotters etc
 
lol, when you say "trips" that means LSD man. Its very rare to get LSD in pills, but they do come around sometime, the orange bermudas?, earlier this year. Basically if you asking whats in a trip, the answer is LSD!
 
a "trip" is usually lsd or other psychadelic such as mushrooms or mescaline. It is called a trip because on these drugs your mind goes for a "journey". But a "trip" isnt a particular drug just the common name for a dose of a psychadelic...usually lsd.
 
I've had blotter paper with DOB (2,5-Dimethoxy-4-bromoamphetamine) sold to me as acid, this was back in the early 90's though and I have'nt come across anything like it in years.
I would like to though ;) LOL
 
^^bloody small pill though... If I paid for an escatcy pill and it turned out the size of a microdot I'd be pretty irrate =D unless it was an actual microdot that is...

Actually some of the best pills i have had have been not much bigger then the dimensions of a microdot.
 
I highly doubt that. After to take into acount binders approx 50% you would be lucky to get a couple of milligrams of MDMA from a pill the size of a microdot

You would be more then supprised mate :P,i have only had a microdot once and the dimensions were 2mm x 2mm, the best pill i ever had was a blank pill 4mm x 4mm but i would hardly call it a quality press.

Just measured one and it was 1.7mm x 1.5mm.

p.s a 4x4 pill is 8 times the size as a 2x2 pill

Hmm, alright. I have just been told about these pills called trips, and I didnt think they would have LSD in them. They aren't microdots and apparently make you hallucinate and I know that they arent MDMA.. has anyone else heard of these, or know what they are?
 
Without going into pricing, 2C-B is still rare in Australia and a single dose is still probably going to cost more than one pill of ecstasy. The research chemicals are pretty hard to get now a days too, so unless someone is making them in their farm or backyard or something.

What are these pills you speak of? Do you know if they have a triangle pressed into them?
 
I have also noticed a decrease in 2c-b and various research chemicals, dealers who once said they could get them have now pulled back from their statements saying its just too hard to find these days.
 
These 'Acid Pills' that people were talking about were known as the 'Orange Triangles'

They were vitamin C tablets soaked in an Acid Solution.

Microdots were poppy seeds soaked in Acid

I know that this is correct as I knew of people that were making them at the time.
 
^I don't know if I can really believe you. I find it strange that such a powerful drug would be divided up into individual dosages so inaccurately leaving a huge margin for error.
