They say uk putty base is 50-60% pure at best and likely lower so, aside from whatever its cut with what impurites would it consist of? 40% is alot to account for!
Would this 40+ % be as toxic/more toxic than the speed itself and what would it increase negative side effects or just be inert?

As an old fet head from da north UK were u dunt get powder base its usually got caffeine n a fave of the chemists n dealers who bash it 2 mek profit glucose powder whichs cheap as bootle pop from chemists for kilo box is usually added to thinkin the putty fet n make it dubble or tripple in amount ........most fet up here is 40-70% pure......theres a few addetives from the cooking up the salts proscess that r left in the putty but they dry out or wont harm u or make u anymore unwell than the after effects.....n if u IV as im sure u know wen u cook i t up on da spoon it burns the solvents n dilutesthe glucose n cafeine n fet down to its original form of a oil liquid!
