What would help me the most? Provigil, Adderall, or something else?
I'm having trouble staying focused, getting a good nights rest, and just staying motivated throughout the day, getting stuff done pretty much.

Here's my daily schedule:
6:45 AM - is when I wake up
7:30 AM - 9:15 AM - I have morning football
9:15AM - 3:30 PM - I have all AP classes, plus weight training.
4 PM - 7 PM - Football Practice
7PM - 8PM - I usually get home, shower, eat dinner.
8PM+ - is when I do my homework, study, and I also do Web Design on the side. I'll usually work on a project or two at nights, or talk with clients.

I honestly just want something that will help me feel more rested, motivated, and helps me focus.

*I would like to note that ADD does run in my family

Why do you assume it must be a drug that would help you? I'm a grown man making over $100k per year and I don't put in 12 hour days. You seem young & overwhelmed, so instead of overachieving by doing as much as possible you end up underachieving by not having enough energy to focus on your tasks. That is natural and ADD is simply a term for people that have difficulty focusing on tasks that they are uninterested in doing. Everyone has ADD - deal with it.

Or yeah, Adderall and eventually become a zombified introvert that no longer has focus problems.

Talk to your doctor. It sounds like you are simply overworking your body, if your schedule is like that for a long time with no breaks you would probably get pretty drained. It could also be you're not eating properly.

Do you spend any time on recreational activities for yourself?

Using stimulants is only going to mask the issue temporarily and may make it worse in the long term.

Football, but that's about it.

I have to stay in AP classes for my hope scholarship, I also have to do Web Design to help with the bills sense it's just me and my mother.

I'm a firm believer that ADD/ADHD does not exist. I believe people just have trouble paying attention in things that aren't of interest to them. I've been diagnosed ADD when i went into treatment when i was 16 for addiction (go figure, put me on adderall when i go into rehab for substance abuse). but without a prescription i'm going to school for organic chemistry. I'm not implying that you aren't as those are just my beliefs but chemicals aren't always the answer. Try to find a balance with your life.

If you don't participate in recreational activities for your personal enjoyment you will absolutely burn out. Make sure to make some time to get social activity and time to generally goof off.
