Opioids What to do with oxy?

Based off the question I’m guessing you’re very opiate naive or haven’t done any at all.
Any idea if it’s instant release or extended release? It might say OP on the tablet if it’s the latter. Finding (real) IR OC80s is hard these days, pretty much impossible actually if I’m not mistaken. If the pill says OC on it, and you didn’t find it in an aging relatives medicine cabinet dated years ago I wouldn’t take it.
Dosing XR opiates, especially OP oxy is kind of difficult for experienced users and even harder for the opiate naive. Those pills are hard as shit to cut into smaller pieces, and doing so makes judging your dose kinda difficult. With a fairly high tolerance I ended up taking a pretty large dose a few times, at least 240mg throughout the day, and went in alternating waves of not feeling shit and being so fucked up, as brief as it may have been, that I’d nod out doing whatever I was doing. It was a weird experience. I also tried it in smaller doses, like 90-120, where I pretty much felt nothing the entire time. That’s not to say for you to take the entire thing if you have no tolerance, cause you could get sick as fuck and (though I doubt it) still a potential OD.
If you must take it, do your best to cut it into 1/4s or 1/3rds and take the smallest piece you end up with. Maybe somebody will come along with better advice, but I gave up on OP oxys many years ago because I couldn’t figure them out lol.

Do a Fentanyl/ Nitazinene test first. Many fake look a likes. 
And when Opioid naïeve without personal experience,
other then 3 x 5 mg a day. Which is great for pain but no noticeable.
15 mg for a beginner at once. Is that a reasonable re creative dose ?
Lets say 80 mg are at least 4 doses. A whole one, if real Oxy.
Is way to much for any beginner or moderate user i think.

that's real oxy probably...never tried this from this label.....coul be 80,30,20 or 10mg.....expensive shit i guess...but Mundipharma kade a lot of strong ppainkillersd

It's 80mg. Shouldn't all labels have the same standards? It cost like 30$ for 1 pill.

no. different labels got different standards.we got only 10 and 20mg for example-oxycodone capsules...no oxycontine....there was before-same as yours,same label...not sure at all that is available now....no more mst continus-same label,no more dhc cont.-same label.no more bupe patches also....it's hard even for cancer patients to find something proper aside fentanyl patches.....big companies like this one ain't got i guess stimul to import here-expensive meds..poor people in general.locals factories-they produced,but export in the west for profit.....and people in need...people with pain can suck a dick here and if they are lucky-to die quickly

Save it for a rainy day when you a actually need it....IF you're opioid naive 5mg wil suffice, 10mg would be max dose and is a very potent effective Opioid analgesic....featuring robust euphoric & anxiolytic properties (why its so highly abused and sought over)
You can pulverize entire tablet into fine powder, half that 40 & 40 .....and again, 20 & 20 and last time .....so you have 10mg small piles .....you can open vit capsule pour half out and add Oxy 10mg in......all capsules in little baggie properly labeled Oxy-IR 10mg / each capsule
Or just save in tact tablet in safe dry dark cool location (fridge crisper drawer)

So with the extended release oxy one basically feels nothing. Am I right?

A single 80 mg ER . You can feel it for sure but it’s way weaker than what I thought it would be

Real Oxy's including the original type OxyContin's that are easy to crush are available in Europe licensed by multiple companies such as NAPP, Mundipharma and other's and go by multiple name's even though they look exactly like the original OxyContin's, Long-Tec is one example.

It's not a Heroin substitute, it literally is pharmaceutical heroin, diamorphine/diacetylmorphine are the drug name for Heroin. Heroin was just the brand name that Bayer came up with for it.
Like cola being the drink and Coca-Cola being the brand and also company.

I don't think that the Aus. Government would approve an increase from 10mg IR to 80mg ER.

My first suggestion is to throw it in the trash or donate it to a homeless person.
If you're going to do it and don't know how to do an 80 mg oxy I'd start by removing the coating. Crushing it as finely as you can, separating into 8 equalish piles and eating/snorting one and see how you feel from there.
