i had my last heroin iv hit at 11pm last nite. it is now 11am and have had 8mg suboxone and its put me straight into turkey, how long will this last ? if i have more will it help please help me?
 
Well you're definitely in precipitated w/d, so do not take any more heroin or opiates. You should start to feel better in 24-48 hours. I'd say if you're not planning on continuing suboxone at that time, wait 72 hours before your next opiate use. It really sucks, I know, but the buprenorphine blocks opioid receptors and when taken too soon from last dose, tears the receptors clear and causes w/d. Not only that, but taking any heroin or opiates at this point will be ineffective and can be quite dangerous. If you have more sub, take it 24 hours from now and you should notice a remarkable difference. Hopefully, someone else on here can give you a more detailed answer.

This is a decent answer; you should just ride it out.

I'm going to close this thread as it is self-serving, and has been done many times in the past. In the future, you can post in the Suboxone Mega Thread, instead of creating your own. This way, you are more likely to get an answer quicker (while using the search engine successfully typically yields results the quickest).
