I keep seeing that alot here on bluelight and wondering what the hell does it mean... someone care to enlighten me ?

I usually scream when I see questions like this...but hell, there hasn't been one in a while and I'm in a plurry kind of mood today, so...

I find this little 'catch phrase' rather annoying, especially when used either too frequently, or by someone who obviously doesn't dedicate their life to living by the rules of PLUR. But anyway, what is it they say? Whatever floats yer boat?
