No, not shit meant for babies that obvioulsy no one over age 3 would watch. Im talking about it like this for example : I noticed my 16 year old sister watching Jimmy Neutron.

and i gotta say it disturbed me especially since she dont smoke weed. lol.

but It just got me wondering

I love cartoons like south park, the shit on Adult swim (NOT anime) but shit like Squidbillies, etc. Stroker and hoop aint my favorite show but Ill watch it. its aight.

those shows are obviously more geared towards adults, but could still be considered for younger teens too, i know if they had that shit when i was 12, 13, i woulda understood their humor and shit.

but there is some cartoons on there (adult swim) that aint as "risque" and coudl be watched by younger kids too.

I have known kids my age who watch shit like Ed Edd n Eddy and Spongebob. (shudder)

So what im asking here, is, What shows are you "too old" for?

Me, i wouldnt watch ed edd n eddy or jonny bravo. that shit is boring, its for kids. it aint that i dont like it because its for kids, but just that it aint interesting like the other cartoons on later in the night.

But some people DO watch that shit even at age 22.

So where do you fall in this whole thing?

State your age somewhere in your reply.

lacey, what's with the list thread infatuation??? this is the third one this week.

^^Well, watch all the Teletubbies you want, but i wont be watchin with ya.

Banquo: ay man, I started another thread last week and one this week that got merged. thats 2 list threads. what, is there a thread starting limit?:p ;)

Basically I'm too old for anything that I used to watch as a kid. I don't watch cartoons, aside from Simpsons, Family Guy, Undergrads, Mission Hill, Oblongs from time to time. If I watch TV it's usually because I'm eating something, so I'll watch part of a movie, or some informative documentary show (History channel type stuff), or CNN in the morning (find out who's nukeing who).

But really I don't have time for TV anymore, just keeping up with world affairs is proving difficult.

Shows I loved as a kid, saw recently and said "I used to like this?"

Captain Power (live action sci fi show, people and robots, hard to explain)

The show about the black pirate who gets chased by ghosts if he leaves his island, set in the present

Any of those saturday morning cartoons.

smurfs get lame as you get older. and smurfy annoying, too.

degrassi and other stuff on the noggin seems to be too young, obviously, for the 20+ set.
but daria is still good.

i don't think there are any shows i'm 'too old for'. if i'm in the right mood i can enjoy almost anything on tv, no matter how mindless or immature it is. ;)

It's not a show, but I watched this video the other day, and I felt a little old for it. Sure, it had educational value, but for the most part it bored me. Except for the frontal nudity scenes.

lol i've never even seen an episode of Full House, its never on our local cable.
Shiiiiet I still watch the Disney Channel .

I'm too old for just about anything animated. Adult Swim is alright from time to time, usually when nothing else is on.

Though you're never too old for a Tom & Jerry rerun.

The only things I feel I'm too old for are real kids shows like the stuff on "Nick, Jr." And of course, "Teletubbies" and "Barney". :P Everything else is fair game, though there are a lot of shows I liked when I was younger that I don't care for now, like "Full House", "Family Matters", "Fresh Prince", etc. Actually, most sitcoms I liked as a kid I don't like now.
