What kind of a strategist are you? (gaming)

I generally use a build the economy/technology strategy then build massive army to splat the opposition, but I'm flexible... if a scenario calls for a swift military build-up and deploy, then I'll build up and destroy!! But I usually go with the first option

If you rush build a small force for a RTS game then it can be handy for just harassing the enemy and might force them to build a force to defend themselves whilst you build up your resources or technology. Much of the time they're too scared to use that force offensively in fear of being caught off-guard in another attack.

JAM- I take it you are referring to medieval II or some variant of it?...just seems like that.

Yes, as a matter of fact I had medieval II in mind, as well as Rome: TW, and Heroes of Might and Magic III . These are the strategy games I play the most, and occasionally Civ IV. Yes, they are all turn-based, which seems to work best for me.
