What is unsafe to mix with heroin?

I heard alcohol and heroin are unsafe together.
What about heroin and benzos?
I'm on these meds right now and I was wondering if they are bad to mix with dope.
Ativan, Concerta, gabapentin, paxil, and trazodone.
Your feedback is very much appreciated.

I apologize for my last post complaining about my tolerance. I realized how much of a dumb ass I was after re reading my post and everyone elses input. I was just really sick and irritated. I acted like a fool. Sorry if I offended anyone, shoot if I wasn't me I would be offended too.

You might want to save your lorazepam for when the heroin runs out. Save some of the gabapentin too.

there are drug interaction checkers available through google, one available in the OD Directory. otherwise these basic combination questions belong in basic drug discussion.

it doesn't hurt to use a search engine yourself either rather waiting for everyone elses opinion, in most cases.

Yer had all my meds changed by phych doctor on lorazepam also plus quetiapine, zopiclone. was on zolpidem, citalopram,and clonazepam (so gutted to lose them ones) but much prefer zopiclone over zolpidem. all depends on personal choice, all downers can go well with H at right dose.

Here is the thing: opiates and benzos can be great together, but the combination can also kill you. To be honest, I would try to avoid mixing the two.

If you know your tolerance to benzodiazepines than just take a little less than usual if your going to combine it with heroin.

Concerta is fine. Trazadone is fine. Paxil is fine. Gabapentin is fine.

All of these seem fine, I've used heroin with Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Valium, Ritalin, Adderall, trazodone, Lexapro, Prozac, and lots of other medications. If you know your tolerance, you should be fine, but like Captain.Heroin said, save the benzos, gabapentin, and trazodone (if you have a limited supply) for when you might have to kick. When I was going through withdrawal, I was soooo angry at myself for using up all my benzos when I was doing heroin!
Sorry if this belongs in the OD directory (this is my first post, I'm new), but just be careful mixing dope and Concerta. Sometimes, I'd shoot too much, take some methylphenidate to wake up a bit, feel too stimulated, do more dope, feel too sluggish, take more Ritalin, then more heroin, and the cycle basically repeated itself until I'd do too much dope and be on the ground, turning blue, until someone noticed and gave me naloxone .
