Misc What is this pill

I work in a halfway house and one of my residents had some random pills in his room. They are yellow with 540 on one side and nothing on the other. When broken it is white with a few multicolored speckles. I cannot find this on any pill identifier, i called poison control they dont know and neither did the hospital or pharmacist:?:?:?:?

Im super new to this website ive just been lookin everywhere and cant find anything about it. AT ALL. I think maybe someone made them?
