Stimulants what is the most effective way to get high off ritilan transdermal patch?

I am getting a prescription for the ritilan patch soon and wanted to know the best way to get high off of it. I have a prescription for concerta(36mg which I take two of daily for add) and ritilan(5mg) but am switching to the patch because of the recent increase in the cost of concerta. I have read of people chewing the patch but with mix results and the same with putting on your skin. Im kinda looking for a strait answer for both methods and possibly other ways. I have tried to get high off of ritilan+concerta unsuccessfully. I am relatively experienced and educated when it comes to drug use/abuse. Also thinking about snorting a couple of ritilan any suggestions?

Unpeel, and dissolve the Daytrana (transdermal methylphenidate) patch in 80 proof (40 percent) or higher alcohol for several minutes with agitation. Drink the mother liquor when done.

Sorry for the DP, but why in the name of fuck would adderal come in a patch???
Must be what they give meth heads to help quit...ya know like the nicotine patch!

Hell why anybody would take the bullshit is a whole nother question...if you like dry mouth and a sore teeth I guess you must LOVE amphetamines..

No but even a rittalin patch just says a lot about the state of the world nowadays....sad really.

OK everyone swim.. Had focalin, adderall, Vyvance they were unable to sleep last night and have ingested 60 mg of adderall in the last 2 hr it doesn't seem to be helping what does anyone suggest to be productive at work this afternoon, no real tolerance to stem. Also ingested 90mg Roxy (high tolerance)
