What is the best internship to have?

For example I'm an actor.
I know someone who went to college to become a casting director.
where as another one of my friends who is also an actor asked a casting director(The biggest) for an internship.
And she got the internship.

And there's a big difference between internship and college:

Internship: Particularly where the actor is, is very comfortable, fun and she is surrounded with a community of GREAT people. (almost guaranteed a job in the future)

College: Not guaranteed a good job at all (until they get an internship after college)

So what I'm tryna say is, whats the best internship for the best paying job possible?

For any internship, whether you like what you're interning for is (IMO) far more important than the pay. If you're passionate about something you're interning for it will show, and then your odds of any job in that field go up. The medical field pays well, but I'd never be an intern for it, because I hate medical facilities and everything about them, and would thus be a terrible intern.

In short, you're the best guide to what internship is best for you.
