Ive Seen alot of different types of bud. In the area i most of the time get bud from piff is specific strain of bud that is sprayed or laced with something. Also other places and regions i have gotten bud from it is jus concidered high potency weed

Up here in the NYC area...it's just slang for good high quality weed. When I came back from college I would just drive around NYC and say got piff to the corner boys and yeah...ended up wit some nice piff lol.
