Its used to bulk up cocaine in the uk ALOT
Its a popular cut because it looks like fishscale, and because it will rock up with the coke into crack and not disappear in ammonia
I cant remember the chemical name. But pretty sure it's inactive and really cheap like a few hundred £ for a kilo

It's all over the Uk coke scene last few years, more popular than benzocaine now. Or used alongside it in a 33.3r% ratio coke/benz/magic

When it was legal methylone was often called magic over here.
Years later, when methylone was illegal, headshops were selling packs of 'magic' which was actually a mix of Diphenidine and caffeine, lol

I've heard of the stuff years ago, I assumed it was benzocaine. I don't rock up any more but when I did, experienced users could tell instantly by the taste if there was "magic" in it. I've heard of it being called magic back in like 2006-7 so I doubt it has any reference to methylone, if anything the headshops were playing off the name that was already established.
