I heard about this on my ICQ. But what is it? The only thing I know is that you can find it in Sydney and that is supposedly is 30 times stronger than E.

'goey' is slang for 'speed'. As is 'whiz'.
'goey' is however not the meth-amphetamine (excuse spelling) found in the USA. I believe it is milder. It has far less negative effects.
It is amphetamine that will keep you 'buzzing' slightly for about 4hours (if take approx 0.1g)
