I was hanging out in my garage with 3 other friends and we were smoking weed resin out of a steamroller and after I took my first hit, I started to get a sharp pain on the left side of my chest and it grew more severe with each passing moment. Then I realized how much I was over heating and I started to perspire a lot. So I stood up, so I could take deeper breaths then I fainted. I awoke a few seconds later with my friends around me laying my down. After I woke up it was extremely difficult to see and my asshole for some reason felt like it was burning and I had extreme sinus pressure and everything sounded muffled. I told my friends I wanted to go to the hospital and on our way there my vision slowly came back to me. And the pain had stopped. I drank a snapple and still felt weak walking on my own, but I could still manage. And i was just wondering what happened? Cause I haven't smoked only for a day, but before that I usually smoked daily and smoked alot. So anyone please let me know would be really appreciated.

That's pretty strange man, never heard of something like this happening so I can't shed much light on the subject, but i'm interested to see what others have to say.

ya once i fully regained my vision my legs did feel tingly. but tyvm relieves alot of stress haha

Nah, I didnt go to the hospital, we just turned around once I had started to feel better and its been a couple hours since it happened and I feel perfectly fine now and also I searched hypotension and I had all the symptoms, so I think its safe to assume it was that.

It happens, look in the Cannabis discussion forum, and there are threads on similar things happening to people, including fainting/blacking out/etc

Its happened to me from "just weed", sometimes people forget how powerful of an effect it has on the body.

While it sounds like you just had a panic attack-type thing, in terms of your chest pain, if it ever comes back, or if you even think it might be there, go get looked at by a physician. You can't be too safe when it comes to heart issues!

ya sry I tried to delete the other one, but I couldnt find the delete button and I just wanted a quick response and since it was like 2 am my time, my bad but I got some satisfiable answers so ty everyone who responded
