I've seen this question asked before, but I'm still unclear. Any time I shoot coke or meth without fail my throat will begin to accumulate this thick film. If I don't clear it by drinking a bunch of water even

Hmm it doesn't seem out of the question. Both of these drugs are going have effects upon mucous production and the overall moisture level of your throat. Methamphetamine especially is going to cause a loosening -> drainage of mucous from the sinuses down the back of the throat. Amphetamine has previously been prescribed specifically for this effect. The first branded form of Amphetamine available in the United States was an inhaler containing Amphetamine meant to be used as a decongestant.

If it's not causing harm then I wouldn't worry too much about it.
