Personally, no drugs have improved sex for me, other than viagra (or better, levitra) though I did enjoy sex for many hours on acid and mushrooms a few times. Stimulants just gave me a limp dick, which is zero fun. Alcohol makes me think I'm going to want to go all out, but in reality, nah.

Yea I fucked my girl like a rabbit when I was 20 and shooting oxy but at that age your testosterone is maximal; in my old age now I’m asexual on opioids. Only time I get horny is if I get 3 days into a withdrawal. Like it works just fine but there is zero interest even if I see porn or a hot girl or my girl comes on to me
Then again it may work for a while but after long term opioid use it lowers your testosterone making you less horny
Im 41 now and still get horny on opiates. Granted your not going to have the same test levels at 50 as you are at 41 likely. Long term use never seemed to lower my sex drive either.
I found oxy to make me the horniest and i once thought i was getting priapism on it but it turned out i had just jerked off to much and it was just swollen. Still scared the shit out of me lol.

I remember you mentioning him in some other thread, he sounds very healthy and together and loving and nice for you. But I wouldn't give up on finding some little kink that he hasn't exposed yet. Opiods never really made me horny, but back when I was young and had a quicker trigger, I appreciated how it made me last longer and the 2 highs did mix nicely. Now, my trigger is slower and it's not like I want to turn an hour of sex into 4 hours!
