I have never insufflated any drug (I believe sublingual is just as effective), but was curious in case I ever wanted to try it in the future.
What drugs hurt the least/most when snorted?

2C-P hurts the absolute worst.. It's fucking excruciating, then you projectile vomit for about 15 minutes.. (At a high dose at least, I'm sure even at a moderate dose 9mg~ you'll still vomit uncontrollably and peak near instantly :D) Followed by a coke-sized line'o'glass.. I don't do meff, but if it happened to be free, and I HAD to snert it, I'd pass.. Srsly.

2Cx is awefull
5-MEO-DMT is also very painfull, but builds up unlike 2Cx, wich is like BLAM as soon as it hits your nasal cavity
MDMA burns a bit, and is quite unpleasant to snort, the finer you crush your crystalls the better, same with ethylpnidate

Cocaine i would say is the most pleasant drug to snort, as long as it's high grade, it's a real pleasure to snort, no pain at all, and that wonderful numbing, the tast of the drip as it goes down.... mmmm lol

From the drugs i've tried 5-Meo-Dalt was def the worst. It burns like hell and the drip HURTS your throat. It's like having a thorn in you neck or something lol
Subutex is probably the most pain-free of those i've tried, and the drip isn't bad, pretty tasteless.
I also sborted a TINY quantity of zolpidem and it burned, so i can't imagine snorting a whole pill or two. In fact i took them under the tongue.

and besides that, ive only snorted crushed up ecstasy, morphine and ritalin iirc, so cant really say whats the worse, none of them really hurt, just suck

Etaqualone is even cushier if grinded to a talc, drip tastes almost like candy. Worst for me is ethylphenidate, pushed me straight to Plugland.

I definitely don't know what the most painful drug to snort is, but every time that I've consumed MDMA like this has resulted in a sinus infection/cold and I feel as if I have a drip for days. High quality cocaine is basically painless and the drip and numbing effects are rather pleasant.

the 2 best, by far, are blue v roxi 30s and the 10 mg ir opana. 
ive snorted ALOT of shit in my time. like, alot. the worst that ive encoutered has to be methadone and either ketamine or some of the 2c's in a pure formulation. methadone hurts and lasts a long ass time (both the pain and effects of the drug lol). k and some of the 2c's are far worse than meth, mdma, and alot of other shit out there. feels like im sniffing glass (or mentholated glass for ketamine lol)

the worst i have experienced is certainly dmt freebase. it's really hurts and has a nausea inducing drip.
mdma can be a bit unpleasant, especially if you are sloppy with crushing up the crystals. finely powdered it's quite ok.
amphetamine just gives you a slight tingling sensation that i actually like.
coke and ketamine are more subtle still.
benzos are outright boring because you feel (and in the case of diazepam taste) next to nothing.

Dude are we snorting the same MDMA because my sinuses throbbed with pain for a good 40 minutes or more. To the point where it was quite distracting. Even 2cs fade after like 10-15min.
the only time when i had throbbing pain (for a few minutes) from mdma was when this random girl we met at the party was laying lines and she forgot to properly crush up the crystals. when it's finely powdered it burns, but it subsides quickly and i wouldn't go so far as to call it "pain". my perception may be a bit skewed because most of the time when i snort mdma, i'm already high on mdma, but still, distracting throbbing pain for more than 40 minutes sounds more like dmt to me.
